Choose the complete experience (5 short-form green-screen videos + 1 Signature Presentation Video up to 1 hour) or mix-and-match 6 total videos using up to 1 hour of combined on-set + green-screen time (example: 3 twenty-minute presentations on set and 3 short green-screen videos).
  • Coming Soon: Podcast Studio — soon we’ll offer both video + audio podcast recording, editing, and delivery.

Each package includes pre-production (concept and scripting, if needed), studio time (green-screen or broadcast set), professional lighting/sound, shoot direction, and full post-production including editing, graphics, music, compositing, and final delivery.

Green screen works especially well for:

  • Short social media videos
  • Commercials and promos
  • Branded content with dynamic backgrounds
  • Product demos & announcements
  • Tutorials or training videos where background can be replaced with graphics or relevant visuals
  • Music videos or artistic content needing creative visuals

On-set studio filming is ideal for:

  • Webinars or training videos
  • Presentations, keynotes, or interviews
  • Corporate announcements or company updates
  • Professional talking-head videos
  • Long-form content needing consistent lighting and controlled environment

We’re launching a dedicated Podcast Studio offering soon. Once live, you’ll be able to record high-quality audio or video podcasts in our studio, with professional equipment, editing, and post-production. Stay tuned for details.

Pricing depends on several factors including: number of videos or shoots, complexity (green screen vs broadcast set), use of motion graphics or special effects, script requirements, number of revisions, and any optional add-ons (e.g., extra edits). Once we review your project scope and needs, we’ll provide a transparent quote tailored to your budget.

PREPARING FOR YOUR SHOOT

Everything you need to know before arriving at the studio.

You don’t need a complete script before you reach out. We welcome clients with anything from a rough idea or bullet points to a fully written script. Our team can help you refine the concept and write or polish the script (if needed), whether you’re creating a short social video or a one-hour presentation.

Yes. A teleprompter is available for any package and can be used for both short-form content and full-length presentations. If you provide your script in advance, we will load and format it so your delivery is smooth, confident, and natural on-camera.

Not necessarily. We include access to a stock music and assets library, and can handle motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, compositing, titling, all part of our post-production services. If you have existing brand assets (logos, fonts, brand guidelines), feel free to share them; otherwise, we can work within what you provide or source appropriate materials ourselves.

Yes. Whether it’s a short-form script or a one-hour training, we help refine your messaging, organize your content logically, and recommend the best visual and pacing structure for engaging delivery.

  • Creative Canvas (Green Screen): Any digital background, graphic environment, brand-branded backdrop, or stylized scene.
  • Broadcast Pro: A professionally staged physical set with a mounted TV for slides, graphics, and branding.

If you have a specific look in mind, we can design or source backgrounds to match your brand.

Yes. If you have custom digital assets or branding, we can integrate them directly into your green screen compositions or into your on-screen graphics.

We recommend:

  • Arriving 10–15 minutes early
  • Bringing multiple outfit options
  • Sending any scripts, slides, or brand assets in advance
  • Getting a good night’s sleep to look fresh on-camera
  • Practicing your delivery (especially if not using the teleprompter)
  • Avoiding shiny jewelry or distracting patterns
  • Avoiding green (and green-heavy patterns) if filming on a green screen. It can blend into the background and affect the final look.

We’ll handle lighting, audio, direction, and setup. You just show up ready to present.
For green screen, avoid:
  • Green clothing (including green-heavy patterns), as it can blend into the background.
  • Busy patterns
  • Reflective materials

For broadcast-set filming, you have more flexibility, but we still recommend:
  • Solid colors
  • Minimal patterns
  • Avoiding extremely bright neon tones
  • Clothing that matches your brand image

Feel free to bring a couple of outfit choices. We can help you choose the best option.

We do not provide hair or makeup services in-house, but we can recommend trusted local professionals if you’d like to book one for your shoot. We also provide on-set touch-up time as needed.

DURING YOUR SHOOT

What to expect once you step inside the studio.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring additional talent, co-presenters, or support staff. Please let us know in advance so we can ensure adequate staging, timing, and space availability.

Yes. Both green-screen and broadcast-set options support multiple presenters. Let us know how many people will be on camera so we can plan staging, seating, lighting, and timing.

Yes. We can film product demos, tabletop shots, or hands-on demonstrations using either green screen or the broadcast set. If you’re bringing products or equipment, please notify us in advance so we can plan staging and lighting.

Not unless you want to. With our teleprompter, you can read naturally without looking away from the lens. For short-form videos, many clients choose to use bullet points or prompts instead of full scripts.

If you’re not experienced being on camera, no worries! We offer direction, coaching, and optional use of a teleprompter (as part of certain packages) so you feel comfortable, confident, and natural on-screen.

Yes. For webinars or long-form presentations, we can integrate remote guests, slides, or screen content onto the studio TV or into the final edited video. Let us know your needs and we can assist with setup and workflow.

Yes. For certain packages (especially Broadcast Pro and Studio Master), we can support multi-camera setups for more dynamic, professional results.

At this time, our studio is available only through our packaged production services. If you have a custom project in mind, we’re happy to discuss options.

Our primary packages are studio-focused, but we can discuss custom location shoots if your project requires it. Additional fees may apply for travel, equipment setup, and staffing.

EDITING & DELIVERY

How we polish and deliver your final videos.

Final videos are delivered as MP4 files, optimized for easy sharing on websites, social media, and YouTube (or your platform of choice). For headshots, you receive high-resolution edited image files suitable for web or print usage.

Yes. We can deliver videos in multiple aspect ratios depending on your needs such as 16:9 for YouTube, 9:16 for Reels/TikTok/Shorts, and 1:1 for social ads. If you need specific sizes, just let us know.

Raw footage is available upon request. Additional fees may apply depending on the size of the project, file transfer method, and required storage or sorting.

Each package includes a standard round of revisions to ensure your video meets your expectations. Additional revisions can be requested at an hourly rate. We review this clearly with you before editing begins.

We send you a draft video via online review link, where you can comment directly on the timeline. Once revisions are applied, we deliver the final video in the formats you requested.

Yes. We provide guidance on best practices for uploading to YouTube, Vimeo, social platforms, or your website. While we do not manage channels directly, we’ll give you properly formatted video files and instructions for publishing.

Once your project is complete and paid in full, you own the final edited videos and can use them freely in any personal or business context. Raw footage ownership varies based on project scope; please contact us for specifics.
